Obituary of Carol Weepers

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Carol Ann Weepers on February 22, 2023. Most loved mom to Adria and Amy. Predeceased by parents Harry and Elizabeth Weepers. She leaves behind many wonderful friends and family members who will cherish the memories of her kindness and generosity to everyone she met. Carol was the proud owner of Rosser Reeves Jewellers. She never wavered from supporting local businesses and numerous Windsor-Essex County Charities. She was a member of the Windsor Yacht Club, Windsor Symphony Orchestra, and past president of the Canadian Jewellers Association. Over her lifetime she accomplished many honours and titles while remaining humble and modest. Carol was lover of Mother Earth and tended to the earth throughout every season. Her love of learning continued throughout her life as she was extremely well read and enjoyed deep discussions about politics, health, botany, astrology and her beloved two and four legged pets while enjoying an intellectually stimulating glass of wine. In lieu of flowers we ask that you donate to the charity of your choice, or perform an act of kindness to those in need.
