Obituary of Lori Richardson

Richardson, beloved Mother, Sister and Auntie, passed away peacefully at home. Lori was 51 years old. She is predeceased by her parents Robert James (Jim) and Joan Kersey. Daughter in law to Debbie and Dave, Lori-Anne was a devoted mother to Shana (d. 1991), Damien (Stevie), Cameron (Briar) and Jasmine (Matthew). She was a dedicated and loving sister to Ron Kersey and Cheryl Beach (Michael). Lori-Anne leaves behind nieces Holly and Julie and nephew Justin. Born in Brampton, she then spent her younger years in Tecumseh Ontario when her fathers work brought the family there. Lori-Anne was kind and thoughtful, always thinking of others. Her children were her joy and the light of her life. Later in life she moved to the Muskoka Region finally settling in Huntsville with her children. While she enjoyed being a hairstylist, the part she enjoyed most was helping others feel their best and most beautiful. A true woman of God, she spent much of her time strengthening her relationship with the Lord through charity, attending weekly church services and when time allowed, partaking in Bible Study. Lori-Anne will be fondly remembered for her bright smile, warm laugh and great sense of humor. A well respected hairstylist with a thriving business of her own, Lori-Anne will be missed by many.

Visitation to take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel), 11677 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON, 519.253.7234 on Saturday February 18th, 2023 from 10am until time of funeral service at 11am in the chapel. A celebration of life will take place in Huntsville, ON later this month. In honour of Lori- Anne donations may be made to Windsor Life Centre.
