Obituary of Sandra Nardone

Nardone, Sandra Teresa It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sandra Teresa Nardone, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Cherished wife to Gino, whom she was married to for 52 years. She is reunited with parents Adelia and Angelo Cordenons, having lived a full and meaningful life until the age of 75. Loving Mother to Stephen (wife Jodie), and Loretta (husband Jeffery). Cherished Nonna of Oliver and Francesca, whom she adored. Sandra was an avid reader and liked nothing more than losing herself in a good book or a true crime/mystery series. She enjoyed shopping and had many cherished memories from her cruise vacations. She adored animals and will be missed by her dear cat Baci. Above all else, nothing was as strong as her passion for family. She will be deeply missed. The family would like to thank the staff at Windsor Regional Hospital Ouellette Campus and then Met Campus for their exceptional care and compassion during the time she was there. In memory of Sandra, donations may be made to the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation. Funeral Visitation at Windsor Chapel, Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Wednesday, January 25th from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Parish prayers at 4:30 pm Wednesday. Funeral Mass on Thursday, January 26th at 10 am at Our Lady of Atonement Parish, 2940 Forest Glade Dr. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
