Passed away peacefully at the age of 67. Loving boyfriend of Kelly Soulliere for 20 years. Dear brother of Mary Kae (Jason) and Patricia (Helene). Cherished uncle of Matthew (Rachel) and Alexander. Todd was a retired postal worker after 37 years of service. A private family service and cremation has taken place.
