Obituary of Giulio Musso

Musso, Giulio January 31, 1942 - January 8, 2023 Passed away peacefully on January 8, 2023 at the age of 80 with his loving family by his side. Reunited with loving wife Maria. Predeceased by parents Giuseppe and Paola Musso, Paolo and Giuseppa Misuraca and siblings Franco (Ada) Musso, Giovanni (Marisa) Musso, Serfina Musso, Franca (Nardo) Grimaldi, brother in law Vincenzo Miscuraca. Devoted Papa to Joe (Susie), Jen (Art) Sobieraj, and Paul (Giovanna). Cherished Nonno to Giuiana, Matteo, Zachary, Isabella, Milo and Milana. Survived by brother in law Sam Misurarca and nieces and nephews. Born in Italy, he immigrated to Canada in his twenties where he met the love of his life Maria. Giulio was a family man, working tirelessly to provide for them a better life. A man of many talents, using his hands as a skilled carpenter, and attending to his garden with his green thumb. He was a gentle soul of a man, with a golden smile and will be forever missed. A special thank you to staff at Extendicare Tecumseh, Amy’s Helping Hands and his retirement stay at Chartwell St. Clair Beach. Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel - Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E) on Thursday January 12, 2023 from 3pm- 5pm and 7pm-9pm. With prayers at 4:30pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 at St. Angela Merici Church at 11am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest.
