As Brian’s “kid” sister as he used to refer to me as, my memories range from staying in his mobile home, being fascinated by the weird skull decorations on his coffee table arranged small to large of course, the motorcycle stored in what should be a dining room, being excited to see his van ‘The Blue Goose’ parked in our driveway when he was home for Christmas, trips to the states to get “smokes”, to more recent of drinking ice coffee -no ice , he ate tofu and that he took an Uber! Many trips with my parents always in July (Rolly was a creature of habit) to wherever Brian happened to being working and fish were biting. I was confused how my mother was his mother but it was definitely apparentl as she made all his favourites at Christmas-candy cane cookies, Christmas cake and Olga’s version of cheesecake all untouchable because it was for Brian. He even took forever to unwrap gifts, ulter frustrating for a little sister, it’s a present open it!! Anyone that took part today will agree it was a terrific send off I will miss my big brother Brain(I always had trouble with spelling the a i thing)! So unlike him to do anything fast & took me off guard, I will miss you. Say hi to my mum and dad for me, bye for now.
