Dear Pat, I will remember you just as you were when we used to go riding our bikes almost every night and when we would make plans to do the Friday 13th bike rally weekends, or when we'd meet with the group we rode with for Sunday morning drives and breakfast. . We had so much fun pretending we were young and free. It was a special time for both of us learning to ride our bikes and testing at St. Clair College, especially since we both passed. When we weren't riding our bikes we would spend time doing crafts or sharing plants from our gardens. Those memories stay with me and they are cherished memories you only get to share with special people in your life. You were that special person and a very dear friend. I have missed you greatly. Until we meet again kind soul, I will hold you in my heart with all the wonderful happy memories we shared. See you in my memories Pat. ♥️ RIP my friend.
I have so many wonderful memories of Pat when we were growing up. Memories of dancing at TeenTown…..taking over the whole gym dancing the “California”! Pat and Bumny teaching my mom and I the latest dances and practicing in my living room.
Coming to the Burnet house after school to put Swanson meat pies in the oven where Pat taught me the only way to eat them was to make a hole in the top of the cooked pie and squeeze just the right amount of ketchup in……Mmmmm, pure heaven. I still do this when I want an unhealthy indulgence and a wonderful memory.
