(uncle) Mike Mutter Senior
-- A husband to Aunt Joan, father to Michael, Judy, Robin and Chris, a grand-father and great-grand father to many, a brother-in-law, a father-in-law, an uncle, a family member and friend to many others. --
-- He had a gentle soul and an easy temperament about him, always had a smile on his face when around people and family and with a kinder spirit. An ideal relative and friend when talking to others and family members on all accounts and didn't ever seem to be a rushing person dealing with time when supporting others or giving simple advice. He had those (better) generous natures of God-given characteristics that he lived by that we all try to live by. Was a good fellow with his roles in life, easy to make friends all around the family, was a good family host for supporting family-gathering events. He wasn't shy or ashamed to, "live that better way," so he had a very sensitive compassion of outreach to so many others outwards. I use to think of him as someone with great imagination and a person who used charm, knacks and a sense of humour for a personality when around people to what I used to see when he led conversations and was just the gentle listener and explained things well. Instead of being complicated and uneasy like other people, he CHOSE to be happy around others and used a smile for when in conversations he administered and with his actions that he demonstrated. I remember how Uncle Mike and Aunt Joan and the children were all kind and a loving-sharing family. As a child and teenager even into my twenties, I was so greatly inspired by their friendliness and the energy behind what they shared, Uncle Mike and Aunt Joan would do more than just talk to me, they shared their time and showed great values of care behind their talks and stories that I remember wanting to try to live like they did ! ! --
