Obituary of Jovan Andjelkovski

ANDJELKOVSKI, Jovan Passed away peacefully on October 24th, 2022 at the age of 73. Loving Husband to Ilinka (Nee Blaževska), whom he shared 51 years of marriage with. Cherished Tato to Daniela Krstevski (Nebojša) and Daniel Andjelkovski (Vedrana). Beloved Dedo to Nickolas, Diana, Ariana, and Jovan. Reunited with parents Stojan Andjelkovski and Borika Andjelkovska (Nee Petroska). Brother to Ljupčo (Grace) and Petko (Sonja). Uncle to Daniela, Valentino, Christina, Bora and Kristifor. Will also be missed by many friends and extended family in Canada, USA and Macedonia. Jovan immigrated to Canada in March of 1974, where he built a life for his family. He was a hard-working man who worked at Chrysler for 35 years before retirement. He was known as a friendly and caring person making friends wherever he would go. He enjoyed riding his bike around the neighbourhood and would often stop to visit with friends along the way. The daily coffee with his friends will also be missed. Jovan had many passions but none as strong as his love for his family. He will be deeply missed. Visitation at Windsor Chapel (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519) 253-7234 on Thursday, October 27th, 2022 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 6:00pm - 9:00pm. Prayers Thursday at 7:30pm, Fr. Emil officiating. Services on Friday, October 28th, 2022 at 10am from the funeral home then to St. Nicholas Macedonian Orthodox Church (5225 Howard Ave., LaSalle) for Funeral Service at 11:00am. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens (1100 Division Rd). As an expression of sympathy and to honour Jovan, memorial donations may be made to the family.
