Obituary of Douglas Cleroux
Douglas “Doug” Edward Cleroux
November 9th, 1964 - October 17th , 2022
Passed away suddenly on October 17th with his family by his side. Together since 13 years old, Doug will always be held close in the heart of his soulmate, Jo-Ann. Together, they spent 44 wonderful years together, 36 of those in marriage. Doug was the much loved, fun brother of Cathy (Larry), Ken (Lori), Russel (Lynn), and Joe (June). Beloved brother-in-law of the late Allen (Suzanne), Connie Masse (late Bob), Nancy Brian, Guy Brian (Katherine), Dawn Simmons (George), and Gay-Ann Brian. Waiting for him with open arms are Doug’s parents, the late Joseph and Kathleen Cleroux. Also missing him is his loving in-laws, Wilfred “Tubby” and the late Ellen Brian. Doug will be deeply missed by many loving nieces and nephews.
Doug could be found in his favourite jersey on game day; his love for football (go Washington Redskins!) and the Olympic games will be remembered by all who were lucky to know him. Fun, loving, Doug brightened any room he entered. Gone too soon, but never forgotten by all he touched. May he rest in peace.
