Dear Jessie, I was so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I got to know her at practice sessions for a "Scotch Four" at your home in Windsor years ago. Whenever or wherever we met, Theresa was always the same warm, kind, down to earth person that I knew from my Detroit days. I admired how she bore the hardships of her life with so much courage and grace. I know that you'll miss your mother, but I hope you find comfort in all of your wonderful memories. Sincere condolences to you and your family, Pamela MacInnis

Our condolences to Theresa’s family. She was a great friend to all. I’ll have to brag that she was my godmother - at the spry age of 17 (back in 1951); obviously a well-respected friend of my mother, Mary Catherine Rankin, formerly of Mabou Harbour. As referenced in her beautiful obituary, there are lots of terrific family and community memories to build, and grow, her legacy to your family. Take care Kind regards, John Archie & Ann Marie Rankin
