Jennie Florence Kuzyk

June 22, 1928 - October 12, 2022

Passed away peacefully on October 12th. Reunited with the love of her life, Peter (2010), with whom she shared 63 wonderful years of marriage. Forever loved and missed by her daughter, Maureen (late Bob). Proud Baba of two “fine” grandsons, David (Genevieve) and Donald (Tanis), and Pra-Baba to Lukas and Lauren. Cherished daughter of the late Kost and Anna Bazan. Jennie will also be deeply missed by many close family throughout Canada, dear family friends in the US, as well as extended family in Ukraine.

Jennie was a classy lady who charmed everyone lucky enough to have known her. When she was not hard at work as a lab technician, she spent her time travelling the world, from soaking up the sun on Panama City Beach to adventuring through China. She could also be found at her cottage in Powassan, where she spent many summers. Jennie loved to cook, and will be remembered for her tasty Ukrainian dishes. A kind hearted, generous, elegant woman, Jennie will live on in the hearts of all those she touched. May she rest in peace.

Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Road East, 519-253-7234, on Sunday, October 16 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.
