Passed away tragically on September 27, 2022 at the age of 71. Dear husband of Doris (Nee Belanger) for 38 years. Loving Dad of Natalie Arquette (Joe) and Marc Simard (Danielle). Cherished grand-papa “ Umpapa “ of Paisley and Wes. Predeceased by his parents, Paul and Jeannette Simard and father - in-law Paul Belanger and survived by mother -in-law Gemma Belanger (Nee Marcoux). Norm was one of 9 children. He will be greatly missed by many brothers and sisters - in law, nieces, nephews and cousins. A true talent, Norm enjoyed spending time in his workshop creating beautiful wooden pieces for family and friends to enjoy. A man who was devoted to his family and had so much love and pride for them. He will always be in our hearts.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel, (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E. 519-253-7234 on Tuesday October 4, 2022 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass will take place at Most Precious Blood (1947 Meldrum Rd) on Wednesday October 5, at 10:30 am. Cremation to follow. Memorial Donations may be made to The Hospice of Windsor.
