I am very sorry to all the family and friends of Urszula. My brother David Fitzpatrick, had recently met Urszula and was immediately surrounded by her generosity and kindness. She was very kind to my elderly mother as well. To know someone for so short a time, yet feel such a strong bond, is truly a testimonial to this wonderful and lovely lady. ❤️

To my Ciocia, I am going to miss you so much. Thank you for filling my life with so much love and laughter. You have shown so much kindness and love to me and my family and I will never forget it. Dear Karolina and Konrad, although I have seen your mother, my aunt Urszula only a few times in my life, and as a small child, I have always remembered her as an extremely joyful, optimistic, extremely strong woman who loves life. Dear Karolinka and Konrand and family. Our deepest condolences on loosing your dearest mother and my cousin. I remember good times with Urszula back in Poland and here in Canada when visiting you and you coming to Ottawa. We cherish lots of laughter, great food and fun times together. My Dearest Ula, Where do I even begin? Who will I call on my daily drive to and from work? Who else will have dinner cooked and ready for me without accepting “no” for an answer? My dearest friend, my sister; you have always been so kind, caring, and giving. You are the most generous person I have ever known. I will never forget our wonderful chats, our bellyaching laughs, or our time spent watching our favourite television programs and listening to favourite songs. Urszula and I had the pleasure of going on a wine tour this past summer with best friends Renata and Lisa where we shared laughs from beginning to end. While I only knew her briefly, I could tell she cared so deeply about her family and had a heart of gold. My dearest Ciocia. You never failed to make me laugh, to show me your undeniable love, and you certainly never let me leave your house unfed (to the point where I had to put my foot down and refuse the seventh helping). You are and will continue to be missed by many. Though not related by blood, you were always the family we needed and loved to have around. Urszula "Ulenka" my "ULA" was the most loving,beautful,compassionate,caring, woman I have ever met. If I went there for dinner she would always make sure I had at least six (6) containers to take home LOL I fell in love with her the first time I met her at the Sunday night dance. She smiled at me, I smiled back, and I knew she was the one I wanted to be with the rest of my life. She was my life, my HEART, mind, soul, spirit all my hopes, plans, dreams, aspirations and future! My HEART just breaks to know that I will never see her again. I can't imagine my life without her or how I will carry on. If you listen to the song "HOW I LOVE YOU " by Engelbert Humperdinck this explains my true love for her. You will always be my forever love my "ULA" Love David xoxo

Urszula was a beautiful woman who was always smiling and full of life. She welcomed us into her family and treated my children as her honorary grandchildren.
