Obituary of Savka Sljivic

SLJIVIC, Savka (nee Peckich) Passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at the age of 89. Born in Sarajevo, Bosnia. Reunited with her beloved husband Risto Sljivic (1988). Loving mother of Peter Sljivic of Windsor. Savka was a lifetime member of the Circle of Serbian Sisters. Visitation will be held for Savka at Windsor Chapel (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Sunday, August 28, 2022 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm with prayers at 7:30 pm. Friends are invited to gather at St. Dimitrije Orthodox Church (2690 Seminole St) on Monday, August 29, 2022 at 10 am for Funeral Service at 10:30 am with Fr. Jovica Cetkovic officiating. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. Donations made in memory of Savka to St. Dimitrije Orthodox Church are welcomed and appreciated by the family.
