I am so sorry to hear about Erik. We were best friends during our high school years, but sadly became separated and not had contact for many years. We shared many good times, playing together in the band for one, and also a few misadventures. My sincere condolences to his family.

Deepest condolences from our families. Erik was a lifelong dear friend. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him. Tennis, squash, bowling, golf. We kept ourselves busy. His passing seemed so quick and unexpected. Our thoughts are with you, Colleen and the whole family on this tragic loss.

Colleen, Debby, Gary So sorry and Sad for the loss of Eric. A wonderful , loving and caring man, like no other. Eric always put family first and always had time to listen and help anyway he could. There was no problem or situation to big for him to just roll up his sleeves and help solve or just lend his skillful hand to. His kindness and generosity touched so many of us all and he was absolutely the very best OPA in the whole wide world. He will be greatly miss by so many. We all share in sadness of his passing as we remember Eric Tim Rankin
