June 26, 1960-July 28, 2022

Passed away peacefully at the age of 62 at WRH-Met Campus. Loving wife of Jerry Hoy for 35 years. Cherished daughter of Jan and John Wagner. Dear sister of Karen & Andy Zila, Shelley and Darin Paul, and Rob Ulian. Cindy is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Cindy was an admired friend to so many!  A special thank you to Cindy’s dear friend, Pauline, for being by her side. Cindy loved her work family at Hammond Insurance. She was an avid Prince fan and attended many concerts. Her happy place was in her yard surrounded by her beautiful flowers.  The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at WRH-Met Campus for your loving care, compassion and support, especially Loretta the singing angel for all you did.
