Obituary of Jacqueline Sanger

SANGER/MAHONEY, Jacqueline "Jackie" (nee Ashton)
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Jackie, a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend, on July 20, 2022 at Hospice Windsor, surrounded by her loving family at the age of 76 years. 
Jackie was born on March 16, 1946 in Leeds, England and emigrated to Canada as a young child.
Beloved spouse of 39 years to Rick Mahoney.  
Loving mother to Teresa Pelletier (Denis), David Ingram, Keith Ingram (Jennifer).
Cherished grandmother to Jennifer, Samantha, Ryan, and Kristina Pelletier.  Kaylee and Madison Ingram, and great-grandmother "Gigi" to Chloe, Mason, Olivia, Riley, Jack, and Levi.
Predeceased by parents, George and Doreen Ashton.
Dear sister to Eileen Anderson (Paul), late Michael Ashton (Cheryl), late Maureen Lalonde (Paul), Kathleen Caille (Norm). 
She was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews and their children. 
Jackie dedicated many years of service as a cashier supervisor at Kmart and Shoppers Drug Mart. 
She was a past member of the Canadian Anglo Club and the Windsor Sportsmen's Club.
Jackie will be remembered for enjoying her gardening, travel, Friday night dinners with her friends, spending time with her family, and chatting with all of her friends on Facebook.
Her strength, positivity and warm sense of humour stayed with her until her final days. Her expression of love for her entire family will remain in our hearts forever.
Special thanks to all the staff at WRH, Met Campus (6 North) and all those at Hospice of Windsor who took such compassionate care of Jackie.
At Jackie's request cremation has taken place.
Family and friends will be received for a memorial visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519) 253-7234 on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 from 6:00pm - 9:00pm with a Memorial Service taking place at 8:00pm in the Chapel.
As an expression of sympathy and to honour Jackie, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of Windsor - Essex County.
