With broken hearts we announce the passing of Maria whom in a short time has been reunited with the love of her life Romolo (June 23, 2022) on July 17, 2022 at the age of 83 years. Loving wife of late Romolo who celebrated 63 years of marriage together. Cherished and loved mother of Bernie (Rose) and the late Caterina (April 15, 2013). Cherished nonna to Gabriel (Sandra Martin), Cesare Di Cesare, and Marilena Di Cesare. Dedicated daughter of the late Francesco and Teresa Mariani. Dear sister of Assunta (Vincenzo) Mariani and Giuseppe (Ilde) Mariani. Daughter-in-law of the late Luigi and Luiga. Dear sister-in -law Rina (Luigi), the late Angela, Mario (Marisa), Maurizio (Rosina), Catarina (Keith), Roseanna (Silvio), Angelo, Rena (Victor), Mona, and Paolo (Lynn).  Aunt of many nieces and nephews. She was a dedicated cook, loved to knit and crochet. Maria adored her family and friends. She will be remembered for her loving and gentle way. She was a faithful member of Most Precious Blood Church. 
Visitation at Windsor Chapel (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Visitation to continue Friday, July 22, 2022 at Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Road) from 10 am until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10:30 am. Entombment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation - Renal Dialysis  Fund.
