It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Rita Corriveau. Loving wife of predeceased George (2021) and devoted mother to Blain (Claudia), Dean (Angela), Lee Ann (John) and Nicole (Emo). Proud grandmother of Adam and Grace Corriveau and Maddie Ford. Predeceased by sister Barbara Neil and brothers Bill and Larry Janisse.

Rita was a passionate mother who championed our talents and interests with unwavering support. She fostered lifelong friendships with her nurturing soul and ready humour. Hers was a journey with many afflictions and ailments which she faced with a courage and grace that inspires and humbles us. Ever the brave warrior she fought until the end. The family would like to extend a thank you to the staff at The Village of Aspen Lake for their outstanding care shown towards Rita.

Visitation to take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel), 11677 Tecumseh Rd E. 519-253-7234 on Tuesday July 5th from 9:15am until the start of services at 10:15am. Procession to St. Anne’s Parish (12233 Tecumseh Rd E) for 11am mass. Cremation to follow. On behalf of Rita donations are appreciated to the Arthritis Society.
