Obituary of Betty Holman

HOLMAN, Betty Jean (nee Schuman)

Passed away peacefully on May 7, 2022, at 3:30 pm in Windsor, ON in her 78th year.  Beloved wife of John Holman for 48 wonderful years.  Loving mother of Blair Holman (Donna) and Justin Holman (Ruth).  Cherished grandmother of Aaron, Savannah, Jacob, and Rachel.  Sister to Don (Ann) Shuman, Doreen and Larry, and Vangie (late Wilfred).  Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Alvina and her brother Al and sister Edith.  Betty loved and supported World Mission Evangelism and Leprosy Canada.  Her contributions have touched and changed the lives of countless people throughout the years.  Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel (Central) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., 519-253-7234 on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, from 6:00 - 9:00 pm.  Visitation will continue on Thursday, May 12, 2022, from 3:00 - 5:00 pm, and 7:00 - 9:00 pm.  A celebration of Betty’s precious life will take place at 8 pm on Thursday.  As per Betty’s wishes, cremation will follow.  In honor of Betty’s life, donations may be made to World Mission Evangelism and/or Effect Hope (The Leprosy Mission Canada).  Online condolences and cherished memories may be shared with the family at www.windsorchapel.com
