To our dear cousins: daughters, sons and families of cousin Angela (Desmarais) Alexander, - my most heartfelt condolences. Your sweet and special mom was my first cousin... one of the older ones of the Desmarais family in Pointe-aux-Roches. Her very special mom, tante Alma, was oldest and best sister of my maman Arise (Lévesque) Quenneville. Angela was close in age to my dear sisters: Cécile (1927 - 2021) and Marie-Anne (osu) (1928 - ) Brother Paul Q. remembers her very fondly....as do many others. What a big heart she had ! I know you will miss her kind, loving presence so very much. How blessed you have been to have such a wonderful mom, grandma (or mémé) . Gob bless all of you and tenderly wipe your tears. Dear Alexander family: Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of you dear mother, mother-in-law and grandmother. I have never had the pleasure of meeting Angela (I don't think anyway?) but used to work with Paul Harvey at CCH and St. Joseph's and met Suzanne a few times. My wish and prayer is that you find solace in the knowledge of the fact that Angela is in a better place now where there is no more pain or suffering and watching down on you and your entire family with the satisfaction of a job well done in 95 years together on this side, and knowing that we all eventually meet again on the "good" side of the pearly gates to enjoy eternity together.
