Mike and Brian, I belatedly learned of Kevin's passing. I'm sorry I missed his memorial service. My condolences to you for the loss of your brother. I first met Kevin when he was about 8 years old, during one of my many visits over the years to your family's home in Riverside. He was joyous, full of life, excited and upbeat. That was a tribute to his loving, devoted parents and brothers. Over the years I had the privilege of visiting Kevin with Mike in his community home and to share with him his love of music and TV shows from the 1950s and 60s. He had an amazing, encyclopedic memory for song titles and artists. We had many fun lunches at Swiss Chalet in recent years. May the many happy memories of Kevin's happy life comfort you. Mike and Brian Very sorry to hear of Kevin’s passing. I just learned of this today - Sunday. Father Larry , once again, performed a terrific eulogy to celebrate Kevin , his brothers and his parents lives and love . We should all be so lucky ! Cousin Ed and Ann-Helen Byrne

This is a 2015 photo of "the three brothers" on Kevin's 56th birthday. He was in hospital, ready to be discharged. Kevin really brought a lot of joy to our family along with challenges in the early and later years. In between, he loved bowling, his dog Shannon, music (he had a knack for recognizing the first few bars of any Motown and Lionel Ritchie song). In many ways, he was the "glue" which held the Byrnes together through thick and thin. He is reunited with Mom and Dad in his eternal happiness, we thank God that we had the funny, Batman-loving bundle of energy and laughter that was dear Kevin.
