Passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 26th at the age of 85, at WRH Met Campus, surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of Connie (Paun) for 62 years.

Loving father of Cathy Hawkes and Rob Charette (Joan).

Cherished Papa of Ellery Hawkes (Simon Johnson).

Dear son of the late Edward and Rachel, brother of the late Jeanette McGuinness ( the late Jack) and the late Ernie Charette (Anne).

Sadly missed by many brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Partner and best friend of Ron Thibert (Donna) for over 65 years.

Funeral Visitation at Windsor Chapel, Central Chapel, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Tuesday, March 29th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. K of C prayers Tuesday evening at 7:30 pm. Funeral Mass Wednesday, March 30th at St. Theresa Church 1991 Norman Rd. at 10 am, everyone is asked to meet at church. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
