Peggy was my caregiver from the time that I was only a few months old. She was the most loving and generous individual, and I was so lucky to have her in my life. She will be so dearly missed. My sincere condolences to Peggy’s family. She was so very proud of her new great-grandson!
I knew Peggy as a sort of adjunct to my Windsor family. She was a hugely important loving presence in the infancy and childhood of my niece Katia and I remember her with love for that.

My heart is heavy but I know Peggy is happy to be back with Cobb. I am sure they are dancing up a storm right now. Peggy was a long time life member of Major John Richardson Chapter of IODE. A National women's charitable organization. She has been with the Chapter for many decades helping raise funds for people in need. She played a huge role in fund raising from working bingos, selling flowers , making hats for sick children and concerts for the blind with the Windsor downtown Lions. She was also the chapter Treasurer. Peggy welcomes me into the chapter and her life back in 2000. She will be greatly missed. My condolences to the family.
