Obituary of Elizabeth Stevenson

Nee Black

Passed away on Friday February 25th , 2022 at the age of 91. Reunited with husband John (Jack) Stevenson (2006). Loving mother to Ian (Emilie), Grace Carver (Paul), Alan (Louise), and Mary Jane Lee (David). Cherished grandmother to Geoff (Erin Martin), Simon, Eric, and Ryan. Beloved great- grandmother to Linda, Geoffrey and Jessica. She as well will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends in Canada and Scotland.

Betty was known as a very sociable and outgoing person. She was also a long time member of the Branch 255 Royal Canadian Legion Ladies auxiliary. The family of Elizabeth would like to thank the staff at Paramed, as well as Hospice Windsor for their outstanding care and compassion.

Arrangements entrusted to WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E. 519.253.7234. Memorial Visitation to take place on Wednesday March 2nd, from 4-8pm in the chapel. A private family internment will be held at a later date at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (1805 ON-3, Oldcastle) Face coverings are required to attend visitation.
