Passed away peacefully on February 17, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Dear mother of Nicola Lemmo and wife Esperanza (Montanez). Predeceased by her loving husband Giacinto Lemmo (1990), her parents Michele (1982) and Incoronata (1970) Lemmo and her brother Nicola Lemmo (1987) and his wife Dora (2013). Will be sadly missed by her nephews, family, and friends in Uruguay, United States, Italy, Windsor, and Vancouver.

Giuseppina and her husband immigrated to Windsor, Canada in 1976 to join her son. She was a devoted mother dedicated to her family. She loved baking, crochet and was always happy to make her homemade lemon cannoli for family and friends.

A special thank you to the doctors and nurses of the Windsor Regional Hospital Ouellette Campus and to the PSW staff from St. Elizabeth who cared for her for many years. The family would as well like to thank everyone who showed Giuseppina support in her final days.

As an expression of sympathy memorial donations can be made to a charity of choice.

Visitation to take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E, 519.253.7234 on Monday February 21st, from 6-9pm. Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday February 22nd at 10am in the chapel. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery (5005 Howard Ave, Windsor, ON).
