PETRLICH, Steve
Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, on February 13, 2022 at the age of 89. Treasured husband and best friend to Anne (nee Klasnic) with whom he celebrated 58 years of marriage. Loving, devoted and wonderful father to Steve Petrlich (Lisa). Annie Hedgewick (Dean) and Mira Milburn (Bryon). Cherished "Dedo" to Hailey, Carissa, and Lindsey Hedgewick, and Carson, Caden, Keira, Jordyn, and Jaida Milburn. Dear brother to the late Frank Petrlich and surviving wife Jennie, Mary Drkulec (Vlado), and uncle to many nieces and nephews. Steve will be remembered as an avid sports fan and amazing gardener who loved his chocolate and coffee. Steve retired from Chrysler Canada after many years of dedicated service, and he was a member of Unifor Local 444 and St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church. Visitation at Windsor Chapel (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 3:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. Visitation will resume on Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 10:00am until time of Funeral Service at 11:00am in the Chapel. Fr. Ljubo Lebo officiating. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. Reservations and masks are required to attend the visitation, funeral and cemetery services.
