Obituary of Maria Marvelli

MARVELLI, Maria (Nee Pelle) 
June 4, 1935 – February 2, 2022 

Passed away peacefully at home (Dolce Vita) with her loving family by her side, on February 2, 2022 at the age of 86 years. Reunited with husband and soulmate Antonio (2009). Dear mother of Domenic (Patty); Sara Marvelli (Simoni): Rosa Maria and Pat Mazza. Pre-deceased by her beloved daughter Josie Marvelli (2007). Cara Nonna Ma to Steven, Tony Marvelli (Chantal) ; Nicole Simoni (John Campagna), James Simoni, Ashley Simoni (Joe Girimonte), David Mazza (Cristina), Frank Mazza (Kailey) and Marirose Mazza (Jacob Antaya).  Great-Grandmother to Jocelyn and Madelyn Marvelli, Isabella, Victoria, Cecilia Simoni, Amelia Girimonte, Matteo, Massimo and Michael Mazza, Terra and Lincoln Mazza. Loving daughter of the late Giuseppe and Maria Rosa Pelle. Dear sister of the late Rosina Pelle (the late Antonio Pisciuneri). Daughter-in-law of the late Serafina and Domenico Marvelli. Cherished Sister-in-law of the late Concetta and Bruno Lapico, Teresa and the late Vincenzo Ferreri, the late Vincenzo Marvelli (Filomena), the late Bruno Pelle (Giuditta). Cara Zia to many nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by her cousins. A special thank you to Dolce Vita Staff and Residents for loving our mother. 

Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Dougall Chapel) 3048 Dougall Avenue, 519-253-7234 on Sunday February 6, 2022 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm. Parish Prayers will take place for the family. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday February 7, 2022 at 11:00am at St. Angela Merici Church (980 Louis St.).  Entombment to follow.
