Obituary of Lubica Stojkovski

STOJKOVSKI, Lubica (nee Bogoevska)
It is with broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Lubica Stojkovski on January 27, 2022 at the age of 84. Reunited with her beloved husband Zivko (2021) with whom she celebrated 60 years of marriage. Loving and devoted mother to Zorica Trpeski and husband Slav, and Zoran Stojkovski and wife Suzana. Cherished Baba to Mira Trpeski (Dave), Jovica Trpeski, Stephanie Gerardi (Matthew), Jennifer Stojkovski (Ian), Tiffany Stojkovski, and great-grandmother to Maya Gerardi. Predeceased by parents Cvetko and Trnina Bogoevski. Dear sister to the late Lazo and wife Stojanka Bogoevski, the late Spiro and wife Gorica Bogoevski, the late Budimir and wife Rada Bogoevski, the late Mara and surviving husband Cvetko Smiljanovski, Boce and wife Dragica Bogoevski, and Buda and late husband Mirko Ilievski. Dear daughter in-law to the late Stevan and Cena Stojkovski. Dear sister in-law to Rastko Stojkovski and wife Ubavka, late Spaso Stojkovski and surviving wife Dusanka, Rada Mladenoski and late husband Rasko, and Zivka Vojnovski and husband Milko. Lubica is survived and will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends in Canada, U.S.A., and Macedonia  She retired from Tunnel Barbecue after 27 years of dedicated service. Lubica was a faithful and dedicated member of St. Nicholas Macedonian Orthodox Church.
Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave., South Windsor (519) 253-7234 on Sunday, January 30, 2022 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm with prayers at 7:30pm. Reservations and masks are required to attend the visitation, funeral service and cemetery. Please contact Windsor Chapel between the hours of 8:30am - 4:00pm to secure your reservation. Funeral Service on Monday, January 31, 2022 at 11am at St. Nicholas Macedonian Orthodox Church (5225 Howard Ave., LaSalle). Very Rev. Emil Atanasov officiating.
