So sorry to hear of Patsy's passing. Rick, just don't know what to say. Randy, David and Kim, your mom was one of my favorite cousins. I loved her beautiful smile, her charismatic personality and her unending zest and love of life. She was always a joy to be around. As we grew older and our paths diverged, I always felt joy whenever we met. Reading her obituary has really saddened me. At our age we must learn to accept that this is life as sad as it may seem. My mom, Jackie, at 102, has been very touched by her passing but is very accepting, as her age has made her more stoic about death. I will miss Patsy and running into her occasionally. This moment just brings back so many memories of our childhood and all the happy moments we shared growing up. I feel bad that Kathy and I cannot be there to share in your sorrow as we are in Florida but our thoughts are definitely with you. God bless you all as you bear this sadness but time will heal your sorrow. Memories of her life will always keep her close to your heart for your lifetime. Rick, Randy, David and Kim, peace be with you! You were all blessed to have have had her for this long, considering how lengthy an illness she endured. May the Lord grant you time to mourn yet heal your pain over time. With love and the sincerest of sympathy, Kathy and Roger Papineau
