Obituary of Renee Marie Burk

BURK-Renee Marie (Nee Bezaire)
On January 13, 2022 surrounded by family. She lost her battle with cancer and went to meet her Lord. Renee is leaving behind her loving husband Stewart of 47 years. Her children Andrea (Andrew), Mandy (Sean), Brian (Renata). Also her grandchildren Jakob, Joelene, Jesse, Justin, Carolann, Grover and Harry. Gone before her were her parents Paul and Eileen (Deneau) Bezaire, and father-in-law Reginald Burk. Survived by her siblings Ken (Mary Lou), Mary, Richard (Margaret), Larry (Laura Lee), Annette (Norm), Tom (Nadia), Myrna (Ron), Robert (Lisa), Betsy. Daughter-in law of Betty Ruth Burk (Irwin). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Renee was a devoted employee of the Royal Bank of Canada for 25 years, finishing her career at the Belle River Branch. Special thanks to Dr Sugimoto (London), Dr Elfiki (Windsor), Bree-Ann and teams, the Hospice of Windsor and the Staff at Met Hospital Windsor and to Kathy from Para-Med and Kelly from the LHIN. As per Renee's wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial visiting will be at the Windsor Chapel (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd E (519)253-7234 on Saturday January 15, 2022 from 2 to 5pm and 7 to 9pm. Masks and Reservations are required to attend visitation and funeral mass. For those wishing to attend, please call Windsor Chapel (519-253-7234) between the hours of 8am-4pm to book your reservation.  Funeral Mass will be on Monday January 17, 2022 at 10am at Good Shepherd Church 444 Advance Blvd Tecumseh ON. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Renee can be made to the Windsor Regional Cancer Center or to the Hospice of Windsor.
