Tomo was a great guy. We lived about 3 hours away, when I was growing up, so we didn't get to see him much. But, when we did, he added life and light to my day. He had a great sense of humor and a generous heart. I know he is missed by many.

For 30 years we would meet at the end of our driveways and Tomo would say " come stai oggi"(how are you today?) And I would reply kako si. I will miss those days my friend. Rest in peace.

We're very sad to hear of Tom's passing. He is my great-uncle and I have many fond memories of him. He bought me my first weightlifting set and my first baseball glove. I was always so excited to see him when I was a kid. He always made us laugh. He will be missed by many!

To the Tomo Duic family,
During this time of great grief and anguish, let my feelings of complete and utter respect for your father, grandfather, and great-grandfather assuage any sorrow.
Tomo was an amazing friend, confidant, and mentor. I worked with Tomo as a parishioner and Brother Knight at Saint Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church for the past twenty-five years. He was a very calming influence, full of wisdom and patience, with great kindness and empathy for others. I thank the Lord for giving me the opportunity to work alongside him, get to know him, and share time with him. It was a blessing to have known him. He will truly be missed.
May the Merciful Lord grant Tomo eternal life in the Garden of Heaven that he so richly deserves.
Počivaj u miru Božjem.

Mr. Duic was the consummate GENTLEMAN, bar none! A faithful, loyal, thoughtful, peace-loving, family man. Always looking out for others and giving of his time and MANY talents right to the very end. So sad to hear of his passing but glad that his suffering at the end was relatively short-lived.
They just don't make them like that anymore, truly one-of-a-kind.
To John, Tony, Linda, Natalie, and Anne our deepest condolences and sincere sympathy for your loss. Mr. Duic is now off to do his routine caring for Vera and Mike in Heaven. May the good Lord grant his soul eternal peace and let perpetual light shine upon him.
