Obituary of Julia Ann Bates

BATES, Julia Ann

Passed away on January 4th, 2022 at the age of 77. Loving mother to Christina Harding (John Maugeri) and Michelle Hannen (Scott). Cherished grandmother to Veronica, Natalie, Annalise, and Nathaniel. She as well will be missed by friends in Canada and the US.  

 Julia strived to live life to the fullest and would genuinely give of herself to help anyone who was in need. She had many cat companions throughout her life and loved each one dearly. Julia found peace and beauty in her life where she was happiest spending her days relaxing at the beach or puttering in her garden. It is Julia’s passion and love for her grandchildren that was most evident in her lifetime, cherishing every moment and memory made through the time they spent with one another. Julia’s legacy and memory lives on through her each of her grandchildren.

Arrangements entrusted with WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd E. 519.253.7234. A private family service has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
