GALLUCCI, Erminia Natalina (nee Patella)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a kind and gentle Soul, Erminia Gallucci, on December 13th, 2021 at the age of 82. She was our beloved Mother, Nonna, Sister and Friend. Reunited with her beloved husband Mario Gallucci (1963). Loving and devoted mother to her son, Nicolino (Nick) Gallucci, and her cherished granddaughters, Isabella and Natalia Gallucci. Adored sister to Nilda DeCaro (Romeo), Adriana Bevacqua, and Italo Trieste Patella (Silvana), as well as numerous nieces and nephews in Canada. Predeceased by her daughter-in-law, Mimma,Gallucci (December 2, 2021), parents Giuseppe and Ida Patella, brother-in-law Guido Bevacqua and nephew Dino Bevacqua. After being widowed at a very young age, Erminia worked endlessly and tirelessly fulfilling the role of being a mother and father to her adored son, Nick, in providing him with a loving and warm home. She devoted her life to her family with unconditional love and providing them with many meals and baked goods. The smiles of her family were her greatest reward. Erminia will certainly be missed by all who had the privilege and honour of knowing her. Family and friends will be received at Windsor Chapel (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519) 253-7234 on Monday, December 20, 2021 from 2:00 - 4:30pm and 7:00 - 9:00pm. PLEASE NOTE CHANGE: FUNERAL MASS IS NO LONGER PRIVATE, BUT NOW OPEN FOR THE PUBLIC TO ATTEND: A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 11:00am at Our Lady of the Atonement Parish (2940 Forest Glade Dr., Windsor). Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Reservations are required to attend the Funeral Mass. Please call Windsor Chapel at (519) 253-7234 between the hours of 8:30am - 4:00pm to secure your reservation. Masks are required to attend visitation, Funeral Mass and cemetery services.
