Obituary of Asha Batson

BATSON, Asha (nee Narine)

February 22, 1955 – December 10, 2021

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Asha Batson on December 10, 2021, at the age of 66. Asha, the adored daughter of Sunny and Lala, hailed from Guyana, South America, and came to Canada in 1981 where she met and married her late husband, Bill Batson. She was the loving mother of Ramona, proud grandmother to Breeze and Gale, and a much-cherished sister of Prem, Devi, Annie, Krishna and Leeta.

Asha will be forever loved and remembered by everyone whose life she touched.  She cared deeply about her family and friends and would selflessly put everyone in her life first. She was a strong and caring woman who would do anything for those she loved.  Asha was truly a wonderful person with a very big heart.

Arrangements entrusted to WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave., 519-253-7234. Service will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021, at 11:30 a.m. in the Chapel. Cremation to follow.
