Obituary of Glenn Dalgleish

DALGLEISH, Glenn Edward 

Passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on November 28, 2021 a few days after his 87th birthday. Loving husband to Colette with whom he celebrated 60 years of marriage. Beloved father to Glenn (Kim) Dalgleish and Todd (Susan) Dalgleish. Treasured Pepé to Brittany (Razvan), Dylan, Shayna (Leo), and Hannah. Reunited with his parents, Glenn and Gertrude. Glenn will be missed and remembered by his brothers, Art (the late Rose), Frank (Darlan), and Russ (Janice), as well as the entire Boissoneault family. He leaves behind a special friendship with Kim’s children, Gillian, Paul, Aundrea and Alexa. Glenn was a proud member of the RCL #261, where he enjoyed his volunteer work, and socializing with his friends. Glenn was proud to dedicate his career to General Motors, where he retired after 32 years. He could often be found in the garage with his  boys, drinking beer and watching his favourite sports teams, Lion, Tigers, and Leafs. A special thank you to the care staff at Extendicare Tecumseh for their dedication to Glenn. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Road, East 519-253-7234 on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. A private funeral service to take place Friday, December 3, 2021. A celebration of Glenn’s life will follow the funeral service.
