Barbara Anne Howell (nee: Blanchard)

Passed away peacefully on November 27, 2021. Beloved wife to the late Russell Howell. Cherished mother to her children, Aaron (Kim) Howell, Kelly Howell (Andrea), and Jesse (Marsida) Howell, and son-in-law Michael Authier. Treasured grandmother to her seven grandchildren, Kailey, Griffin, Cruz, Knox, Rudina, Kroy and Duke. Reunited with her parents, Reg and Bertha Blanchard. Loving sister to the late Bruce (Annette) Blanchard, the late Gail George, Marilyn (the late Larry) Karn, Dan (Rachel) Blanchard, Richard (Jane) Blanchard, and Reg (Pat) Blanchard. Beloved sister-in law to Mary Jane Finn, Doug Howell, Bill Howell and Lorna Howell. Life-long best friends with (the late Richard) and Michelle Stone. Dear friends with Mo and Pat Janisse, John and Marilyn Stennick. Barbara dedicated her life to teaching at St. Williams, where she inspired countless students throughout her 40+ year career. Memorial visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Road, East, 519-253-7234 on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Memorial Mass to take place at Good Shepherd Parish on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 10:30am. Reservations are required to attend Funeral Mass. Please call Windsor Chapel (519-253-7234) between the hours of 8am – 4pm to book your reservation. In keeping with Barbara’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
