Obituary of Isabella Steele

Born November 25, 1954 in Chatham, Ontario, departed this world on November 9, 2021. Isabella is reunited with her husband, Levi Steele Jr. and granddaughter Taiya Jee. She is preceded in death by her brothers Richard Jefferson (Goretta), and Thomas Brown. Isabella moved to Windsor in 1976 with her late husband Levi, along with her three children. She leaves to mourn her passing, her 3 children Leslie Steele, Yvette (Mike) Jee, and Levi III (Sarah) Steele. She will be dearly missed by her beloved grandchildren, Keon and Kaydra Cummings, Kevin, Aaliyah and Malique Jee, along with her great-grandchild, Breeze Batson. Mourning her loss are her siblings, Melvin (Jacqueline) Jefferson, Charles (Laurie) Jefferson, Timothy (the late Cathy) Brown, and Melva (Mark) Brown-Detailleur and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  

Isabella loved reading books, especially anything written by author Nora Roberts, as well, crocheting blankets and hats for friends and hospital patients. She and Levi would spend their free time going on adventures with each other.  

A private cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Isabella’s Life will take place at a later date.
