Obituary of Harvey Joseph Baderski

BADERSKI, Harvey Joseph, Born in Timmins, Ontario on August 6, 1933 and passed away on January 11, 2021 from complications of Covid-19 at the age of 87. Predeceased by his wife of 49 years, Stella (nee Rock) and his parents Joseph and Angele Baderski. Loving father of Pamella Boivin (Roy), Karyn Touw and the late Keven Baderski. Cherished Poppa to Cassandra, Robyn, Jennifer, Matthew, Catherine, Jonathon and the late Sharon. Harvey was a longtime postal worker with the service in North Bay, Ontario, appointed postmaster in Swastika, Ontario and taking the postmaster helm for over 20 years in South River, Ontario. He was an avid stamp, coin and antique collector as well as a fan of the casino. A very special thank you to the staff at Devonshire Manor for their tender care. In keeping with Harvey’s wishes, cremation has taken place. An interment of his cremated remains will be interred in South River, Ontario at a later date.
