Obituary of Jack Stewart Palmer
PALMER, Jack Stewart
August 13, 1933- October 20, 2021
Dad peacefully walked into heaven to be with mom, Mary Jane (nee Laliberte, 2016), at the age of 88. Dad easily expressed his love for his daughters Cathy (Charlie) Cocchetto, Margaret Palmer (Wayne Clark), Barb (Brady) Brown and Nancy (Steve) Burinda. He was proud of his grandchildren Ben, Heather, Murray, Hannah (2008), Anissa and their spouses. Dad was delighted to be a great grandfather to Brynnlee, Marshall and Emma. Jack dearly loved his sister Karen and his many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Jack retired from Chrysler in 1993, after 30 years of dedicated service. He was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Vincent De Paul Society, and many programs at his parishes. He cherished his many friends at Church. He readily opened his heart to his friends and considered many of them family.
A special thank you to the staff and residents at Lifetimes on Riverside and Villages of Aspen Lake for their genuine care for our dad Jack.
In the past little while, Dad spoke frequently about his loved ones in heaven and about the fun plans he was making with them; this brings us great peace.
