Obituary of Anna Ruth Stankov

Stankov, Anna (Nee Shaufler)

Passed away on October 12, 2021 at WRH- Met Campus at the age of 92, with her daughters by her side. Pre-deceased by her loving husband of 47 years Don Stankov. Survived by her 3 children Sandy Stankov, Shayne Stankov (Debbie Boot-Nelson) and Shawna Brablec (Chuck). Grandmother to Nathan Stankov and Step- Grandma to Courtney, Colin and Shannon Brablec and Brea and Myah Nelson. Also pre-deceased by her sister Mina (Norm) Wheeler. Anna is lovingly remembered by her only nephew Cary Wheeler (Trish) whom she held a special place in her heart for. Anna had a long and rewarding career of nursing at Grace Hospital for over 30 years. She was an active member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church.

Arrangements entrusted to WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Road E, 519-253-7234. A private family gathering to take place.
