Aunt Carol, Anne, Greg and Jeremy, we are sorry beyond words for your loss. Uncle Wayne’s jovial nature and his laugh will never be forgotten. We will treasure all of the memories particularly the peanut butter and whipped cream fights at Thanksgiving dinner, the “secret” Santa tradition on Christmas Eve, and your visit to BC. I am sorry we can’t be there in person but know that we are thinking of you. With Love, Steph, Kent and Rylee.

Dear Carol and the entire O'Neil Family: It is with great sadness that we learn of Wayne's passing. He was a great cousin and a wonderful man. The obituary in the Windsor Star was beautifully written and described him perfectly. Due to a chronic illness, we are unable to attend today's visitation, but Wayne will be in our thoughts and prayers. Deepest sympathy, Ron Chittle and Peg

To Carol and the O'Neil family, I am so sorry to hear about Wayne. I have memories of him joking and teasing. I remember him cannonballing into the pool at Mom and Dad's years ago. What a zest for life. Mom and Dad thought the world of Wayne. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Cindy Phillips

So many blessings having Uncle Wayne in our lives.
Countless memories and hours of laughter. There are not enough words to say what an incredible man he was. Thank you for all the little things you’ve taught us through the years and the infectious laugh.

Sending my thoughts and prayers to family and friends during this difficult time. May God surround you with His peace and comfort. I always loved hanging out with Wayne at the Costco picnics. He always had a little twinkle in his eye and had a way of making you laugh like nobody else.. and his laugh was truly contagious. If Wayne was laughing, you couldn’t help but laugh too. Heaven has a new angel and I know he will be watching all of his friends and loved ones.

I will always remember that twinkle in your eyes whenever you would tease me or joke with me. Sometimes it was so hard to tell if you were joking or telling the truth. You just had a true love for life. Will always cherish the moments from going on picnics with the Costco crew to our special vacation this summer. Heaven has gained a very special angel. You will always be remembered love Doug and Linda Lee-Lapoint

To the O'Neil family
Our heartfelt condolences to all family, friends and loved ones. My first memory of Wayne was many, many years ago hauling straw and hay with the family - he was a strong ox of a man ! The whole family always treated us like part of the family when we pitched in and I will never forget that special feeling even after all these years. The whole family has always been a strong presence in the community and it is evident that the love and strong family ties of this family will never be broken. May all those wonderful memories you cherish help you thru this difficult time.
