AUCH, Peter Alfred “Shayne”

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Shayne Auch on Saturday September 25th, 2021 at the age of 49. Reunited with parents Peter Auch and Sandra Shaw, as well as his brother Chris Auch. Will be greatly missed by his children Jessica and Cody. Grandfather to Peyton and Kairos. Loving Brother to Stephanie (Donnie), Debbie (Bill), Raymond (Michelle), and Cheryl (Mike). As well will be missed by mothers of his children Tammy and Tara, as well as his lifelong friends Shannon and Kyle. Will be missed by aunts, uncles and nieces, and nephews.

Shayne worked many years as a drywaller. He was always known for his love of music and avidly played his guitar. Everyone knew Shayne’s laugh, and he always enjoyed the company of others engaging in conversation over a couple of cold ones. Shayne’s unique sense of humour will be missed, as he always said, “I’m too mean to die.”

Graveside service to take place Monday at 2:30pm at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (1805 ON-3, Oldcastle, ON N0R 1L0).
