DROUILLARD, Nellie (nee Onischuk)

October 1, 1930 - September 11, 2021

Passed peacefully with her loving family by her side. Beloved mother of Alan (Stephanie). Cherished grandmother to Adam and Luke. Predeceased by best friend and husband Raymond. Special aunt and god-mother to Diane Drouillard. She was predeceased by her many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Nellie was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother who lived to serve and care for others. She was a long time member of St. John Vianney Parish. She was a life long resident of St. John St. in Riverside and was blessed with many good neighbours through the years. She enjoyed attending the salon once a week to get her hair done up until the week of her passing. Nellie was an executive secretary in her earlier years and her excellent organizational skills served her well in caring for her family. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nurses and medical staff who cared for Nellie as well as the compassionate staff at Chartwell - St. Clair Beach.

Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8. A mass of Christian burial to take place at St. John Vianney Parish on Thursday, September 16 at 11 a.m. Reservations are required to attend mass.
