Obituary of Lynn Marie Hickey

HICKEY, Lynn Marie (nee Belanger) 

February 3, 1966- September 1, 2021 

Passed away surrounded by family at WRH-Met Campus, on September 1, 2021, at the age of 55. Forever loved and adored wife of 26 years to Wayne Hickey. Cherished daughter of the late Onesime and Marilyn Belanger (nee Dupuis). Dear sister of Mark (Amy), Lise (Waide), and late Craig (Martina). Loving Auntie Lynn of Kerrie, Shaun, and Anastasia. Sister-in-law of Allan (Dawn).  

Lynn was a proud and dedicated member of the team at Cavalier Tool and Manufacturing for 20 years. She had a special love of doing puzzles, reading, gardening and embroidery. Lynn will be deeply missed by all those she touched and she will be the missing piece of our puzzle forever.  

A special thank you to the staff at the Windsor LHIN and Cancer Center, especially her home nurse Karen, for their care and compassion shown to Lynn during her battle with cancer. 

Arrangements entrusted to WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave., 519-253-7234. In keeping with Lynn’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private burial and celebration of her life will take place in her hometown of Sudbury at a later date.  

Lynn loved her two dogs Taylor and Tipper.
