Obituary of Mary Martin

MARTIN, Mary (nee Harvey)

July 17, 1933 – August 26, 2021

Passed away peacefully on August 26, 2021 at 88 years of age. Loving wife of the late Vernon Martin (1996). Cherished mother of Nancy (Michael) Broderick, Susan (Tim) Cleary, Carol (Adrien) Rose, and the late Donald Martin (1998). Proud grandma of Jenny (Steve) Burko, Kimberly (Jeremy) Vanderpryt, Ryan (Melissa) Broderick, Derek Cleary, Shannon Cleary, Joshua (Melanie) Rose, Lindsay Rose, and Zachary Martin. Loving great-grandma of Kaitlyn, Collin, Serina, Liam, Nina, Nolan, Evelyn,  Juliet and her younger sister.

Predeceased by her 6 siblings. Mary will also be missed by her nieces and nephews, and her special friends Jackie and Marcel LaPoint and the late Glenn Sheriff.

Mary had a love of travel, family, and many friends.

 Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Sunday, August 29, 2021 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will take place in the chapel on Monday, August 30, 2021 at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. Reservations are required to attend the chapel service. Please call 519-253-7234 between 8:30am and 4:00pm to make your reservation. If so desired, donations in memory of Mary may be made to the Alzheimer Society or the Parkinson Society.
