LIBURDI, Margherita (nee Cerroni) 

May 4, 1932- August 22, 2021 

Margherita of Windsor, Ontario, passed away peacefully on August 22nd, 2021, at the age of 89, surrounded by family and loved ones. Beloved wife of the late Giuseppe Liburdi. Loving mother of Vittorio (Maria Luisa), Antonio, Paul (Marie), Maria (Wayne) Vincent, and Anna Lisa (Mark) Hopkins. Dearest grandmother to Vincenzo (Allyssa), Maddalena, Antonio, Sabrina, Mitchell, Kassandra, and Isabella; and great grandmother to Henry and Elliott. Beloved daughter of the late Antonio and Vittoria Cerroni of Ceccano, Frosinone, Italy. Dear sister to Sisto (Lina) Cerroni, and Paolina (late Loretto) Tiberia; and late Maria, late Giuseppina (late Fernando) Cipriani, late Vincenzo and late Andrea (Anna). Dear sister-in-law to late Vincenzo (Vincenza) Liburdi, late Michele (late Rosanna) Liburdi, late Benedetto (Filomena) Liburdi, Francesco (Antonietta) Liburdi, late Mario (Michelina) Liburdi, Giovanna (late Angelo) Liolli, and Tom (late Bonnie) Liburdi. Margherita is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation at Windsor Chapel (CENTRAL CHAPEL) 1700 Tecumseh Rd., E. on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 26, at St. Angela Merici Church (980 Louis Ave.).
