Dear Anne,
Try to remember the little things ,the shared smiles, the warm hugs, the laughter. The pain might seem unbearable now, but in time, it is these memories that will win through and you will find happiness again. My thoughts are with you.
With deepest sympathy,

Robyn has touched so many lives and she was loved by everyone. She raised me as a nurse and I know that I was one of countless others. I considered her to be a second mother to me. I was one of the lucky ones who got to work with her every day on the rapid response team. She loved her job, even when things got tough, she always had a smile, infectious laugh, and a sarcastic joke to make it better. I will miss her so incredibly much. She was the rock to Harper Hospital and things will never be the same without her. The entire hospital was crushed to hear about her passing, from the housekeepers to the attending physicians. Jumbo and Ann, I am glad I finally got to meet you, but of course I wish it was under different circumstances. She loved you both so much. Robyn I am sorry we never got to take that bike ride together. You are my idol and a true inspiration to me. You have taught me so much, but I know I will constantly be asking myself "what would Robyn do". Thank you for everything you have done for me. I love you and I miss you so much.
❤️ Ashley

My sincere condolences to Jumbo and the family. I worked with Robin at Harper Hospital, I’ve known her for over 20 years. We chatted often while at work. Robin was the best nurse ever, her patients got excellent care, her humor kept me laughing over the years. I love you Robin, …..until we meet again.

I was very sad to learn of Robyn’s passing today at work from one of her colleagues at DMC, Harper hospital. I did not work directly with Robyn but met with her on many occasions in the Lab to check on their POC instruments. Robyn was always pleasant and patience even when there were problems. May God give strength to her family at this difficult time. May she Rest In Peace. Robyn will be missed!

Robyn was a strong willed, always can do professional. She will be missed by all colleagues that worked alongside of her throughout her years in roles of staff nurse, preceptor, and member of the rapid response team. It seems like just yesterday she was a novice in the Neuro ICU. Know that she was respected by the Department of Neuroscience Surgeons and our Critical Care Medical Directors. I was always proud to know Robyn professionally and personally. Robyn, hug Phyllis for us!! I will miss you.

My condolences to Robyn's family. She was such a strong force. So powerful. So fearless. So bold. So prepared. Head held high strutting down the hospital corridors. A ray of light coming to the rescue yet again and again in the face of human tragedy. As I knew her, she dedicated all of her being to the nursing profession.
God speed. You rest in paradise, Robyn.

Robin was the nurse who taught me to be an ICU nurse. Without question she made me the nurse I am today and is one of the most influential people who’ve shaped my career.
Years after we stopped working together I told her “I’m not the Best Nurse Ever, but thanks to you I know what it looks like to do it right”. Every now and then I’d run questions by her because for me, she was the end all expert.
I still ask myself if Robin would be satisfied with the job I’ve done for my patients and I expect I’ll continue to ask for as long as I’m nurse.
I’m forever grateful to her for her teaching, patience, and wisdom.
She used to tell great stories outside of work and I always loved hearing her stories about Jumbo and his brother Peanut.
Her family has my deepest condolences. I can assure them she’ll never be forgotten.

The world won’t be the same without our Robyn, the first grandchild in our family and first niece. She was a delightful and clever child, who always brought joy and sunshine wherever she went. No surprise, as an adult she was someone you wanted to be around.. caring, funny, a little bit sassy , and always very dependable and helpful. She was an amazing nurse, a devoted daughter
a thoughtful and loving niece, and a fantastic aunt. Her cousins all looked up to her and loved her. She always left them hoping and planning for the next time they might see this very busy, but uplifting and inspiring cousin. I’m sure there is a very large welcoming committee for Robyn in heaven, and many joyful reunions taking place there now.
She is at peace, she is safe, she has both earthly and heavenly love surrounding her .

Dear Jumbo and family, What words of comfort can we say to heal your broken hearts? We express our deepest heartfelt sympathy in the loss of your beloved Robyn. She was such a fun, vibrant person and helped so many in her profession. It was always enjoyable to work with her and she radiated a sense of confidence and competence especially when monitoring our patients on transport. She will be missed by so many. It was a pleasure to know her all these years and our hearts are sadden. But surely Robyn would tell us to grieve and remember her and then move on to celebrate her life and live life to the fullest. Because especially from where we worked life is so precious and no one is promised tomorrow. Dan may God watch over you and help you through this most difficult time because surely Robyn is watching over you now and she will live on in our hearts forever. With sincere sympathy to all of you,
Ken & Carol Masse
