Obituary of Rosanna Elizabeth Brancaleoni
BRANCALEONI, Rosanna (nee Mazzini)
August 2, 1933 – July 25, 2021
Passed away with her daughter by her side, on Sunday, July 25, 2021, at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Antonio (1995). Loving mother of Susanna (Joe) Sirianni and late Renato (2015). Cherished Nonna of Lauren (Dillon) Amlin and Alyssa Sirianni (Anthony Pistan). Bis Nonna of Parker Joseph Amlin. Dear daughter of the late Corrado and Pasqua Mazzini. Sister of Remigia Mazzini and Marisa Mazzini and reunited with her departed brothers and sisters. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends here and in Italy.
Rosanna was a long-time member of the Caboto Women’s Auxiliary and worked in the kitchen at Caboto for many years. Her family was her pride and joy. She enjoyed cooking for her family and friends and sharing in all the delicious desserts.
Thank you to Chartwell Oak Park Terrace and most recently the staff at Villages at St. Clair in the Talbot neighbourhood for their care and compassion. A special thank you to Dora Gonzales, Rose Martin, and Dr. K. Chung for your wonderful care of our loving Mom. Thank you to all our wonderful friends for all your love and support over the last several years.
Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel), 3048 Dougall Ave., on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass at Most Precious Blood Church, 1947 Meldrum Rd, Windsor, on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. Reservations are required to attend the mass at the church. Please call WINDSOR CHAPEL 519-253-7234, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. to book your reservation. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
